Bored crazy

Well, Thirsty Thursday didn't happen. In fact, I was bored out of my mind last night and couldn't find anything to keep my attention. I tried reading, I watched The Breakup, I watched High School Musical while surfing the internet, I talked to a couple friends, but still... I was bored out of my mind. There were things I could have been doing, like organizing all my photos, working on my sisters scrap book, cleaning my apartment, etc. but I just wasn't feelin' it.

This morning I was hoping to get up and do the swim thing during the early session (between 5:30 & 8:30). I need to get used to getting up at a decent time as work begins with inservice next week and the days I hope to swim will be before the school day starts. Well, I guess I will just have to do it over the noon hour... hopefully it won't be too busy. There are only 4 lanes.

Hopefully I can find something to do for the rest of the day. I just can't be couped up in my apartment all day. I need to SOCIALIZE people!

I hear you on that blah I don't really want to do anything productive, but I'm still bored out of my mind anyway attitude. I seem to experience it most when I should in fact be doing homework....hmmmm strange coincidence lol!

When I graduated, I so felt like I was on vacation, even when holding down a full time job for the first year. It will take a while for you to adjust. Fill your time with training! Woo hoo!!!

Once school starts, you won't have time to get bored.

What? You will have time to get in a swim on your noon HOUR? Wow! Sounds like you've got a good schedule! I always had 30 minutes for lunch, but by the time I actually got out of the room, it was rarely ever a full 30 minutes. Good luck with your training.

I hate that feeling of needing to be around people and not having anyone around. Sniff!! Soon enough you will want a break from people. LOL

Can't wait to hear how swimming went! You did go, right? :>)

I've seen your comments on other blogs I read and stopped by to say hi. I noticed you're training for the Nike Half--I'm running the marathon that day. And I saw that you plan to run the Fargo Marathon next year. I ran the Fargo half this year and loved it. Great organization and crowd support! I recommend it over Grandma's. Good luck with your training.

Did you happen to watch High School Musical 2? Good, but not as good as the first one!
