Day Three: A good night's rest
I am one who loves my sleep and strives to get around 8 hours of sleep everynight. However, it is usually closer to 7 or 7.5. Yesterday I wasn't feeling so well and came straight home to rest. I think I slept about 2 hours late yesterday afternoon/early evening and was to bed around 930! I slept like a rock until 6am! My body is always thankful for a good night's rest!

It's amazing what a good night's sleep can do for our body and mind! I'm trying to get to bed earlier too.

i need to get more sleep....i found that if i sleep with my night guard in i sleep better. i grind my teeth

I love the 30 days of thanks idea :) I would be more thankful for a good nights rest if I was asleep right now but instead I'm lying awake reading blogs because I can't sleep haha
