Day 3 of "30 Days of Thanks"

If you missed my last couple of posts, I am following Middle Name Marie's lead and posting 30 Days of Thanks.

If you missed the first couple of days, here are the links:
Day One
Day Two

Day Three: A good night's rest

I am one who loves my sleep and strives to get around 8 hours of sleep everynight. However, it is usually closer to 7 or 7.5. Yesterday I wasn't feeling so well and came straight home to rest. I think I slept about 2 hours late yesterday afternoon/early evening and was to bed around 930! I slept like a rock until 6am! My body is always thankful for a good night's rest!

It's amazing what a good night's sleep can do for our body and mind! I'm trying to get to bed earlier too.

I love the 30 days of thanks idea :) I would be more thankful for a good nights rest if I was asleep right now but instead I'm lying awake reading blogs because I can't sleep haha
