Day Nine: Pilates
If you haven't tried it, don't knock it. Pilates is one of the classes that I have a hard time getting to on a regular basis because when things get going and busy, it's one of the first things I cross off my workout list. However, when I go, I am easily reminded how much my body (core) benifits from it. I feel recharged and ready to go afterwards. Pilates is WONDERFUL. It can be a social thing for me too. I have a friend that goes a couple times a week and it's a great way to catch up with her, and the other regulars!

I'll have to admit, pilates is not one of my favorites...
Usually, the things I knock, kick me in the arse when I try them. I'm much wiser reserving my opinion :-)
I haven't done pilates. I say that I am just too addicted to cardio workouts. But really, I think I am intimidated!
I haven't done pilates in a long time, but I enjoyed it - it was hard! I can't wait till Christmas break when I have some free time!

I love pilates! I had a membership to a pilates gym, but it ran out and I haven't renewed. My abs have fallen apart as a result :(
This is reminding me to start doing Pilates again. Like you, it's the first to go when I get too busy. And yet it's so beneficial in so many ways.
I LOVE pilates!! SO great for your core. Sadly, I don't see many classes around anymore without having to go to a real (expensive!) studio :(
I've never tried Pilates but just the thought of it sounds exhausting. Hope you're feeling better!
I have only tried pilates once but loved it! Even better when you have a friend to go with.
