What does this mean?

So we got weather advisories posted across the television during Grey's Anatomy last night. We are supposed to get 1-3 inches of snow this evening and into Saturday morning, along with 33mph wind gusts and temps around 32 degrees that really feel like 15-19 degrees. I swear I am living in the buttcrack of the Midwest.

What does this mean?
This chica will be doing her long run tomorrow morning ... at the gym ... on the thrillmill. It will be great! *note sarcasm*

I have managed to workout, following my schedule to a "T" without making any changes (which never happens), and get in 5 solid workouts in a row. All this after only working out a handful of times the two weeks prior.

What does this mean? I am taking a rest day today. I am tired. I will take advantage of the cold weather, stay indoors, watch a movie or some sports, finish my book, and try to catch up with y'alls blogs! *smiles*

I might even have myself a cold beer.

Yesterday's Workout:
BRICK

OCN: 8.01 miles, 32 minutes, 15.02 mph
ORN: 2.40 miles, 27 minutes, 11:15 min/mile

"Thrillmill'. I must use that sometime. :o) That's pretty much how I feel about the treadmill as well.

I can't get over the arctic chill that y'all have up there. I know it's probably insane to say that I'm envious of that cool stuff... but it's so bloody hot & humid here already. I loooong for some 'cool' (of course, not 'snow cool'). So where can we move to where it's awesome training weather year-round? San Diego??

Yours look great!!! What did you have questions on. it's looks to me like you've got it under control.

My header was made without a template (they call it a theme) I just put a few things together and that's about it. Who knew a nurse could be creative ;)

It means you need to move to Georgia :-) I remember being amazed when we got 5 inches of snow in May in Germany. That's just nuts! Butt crack of the midwest :-D

Too funny!! Persevere! It's so important in your training. :-)

I heard that there might be some bad weather back there but hadn't had it confirmed...ummm...I think that's a no, I'm NOT coming back!!! Why should I? It's fairly nice here...trees blooming, ran along the Charles today for about 4.5 miles...it was nice. I don't want to come back to crap!!
