Tired Teacher

Remember how I chose to take a "personal snow day" yesterday?

Well, I made up for it today.

(1) Fartlek this morning on the thrillmill at approximately 5am... followed by a heavy duty lift session on the legs as well as a bit of work on the good 'ol abs.

(2) 45 minutes of pure spinning bliss .... accompanied by 80's rock music. Did I tell you it is 80's week here... in my world?

I met up with friends for dinner afterwards... ate a big burger and now I am ready for bed. This Teach is pretty tired.

Peace.

Oh man 80's music would have made my spinning class rock...at the fitness conference I'm going to this weekend I signed up for a spinning class to throwback boyband music...I'm kind of secretly pumped haha!

Off topic, but I saw one someone else's post that you guys are moving towards a more "inclusive" setting for your special ed. kids. That's how we're set up and I LOVE it. In my experience, my kids really do so much better with co-teaching/inclusion. Good luck with the transition!

Good job on the workouts. See, sometimes a day off is good to get back to the really good stuff!!

Very good workouts. My kids think that 80's music is really cheesy no matter how much I try to convince them otherwise.
