Definitely better than week one. Still trying really hard to get in the 7 Fruits and Veggies. This coming week is going to be a bit challenging with all that's going on with work (2 days of evening conferences) and finishing up my final project for a grad class. Should be interesting!

That's still a pretty solid week. When I need to get in my fruits and veggies I usually stop at the salad bar for a mondo-huge salad or hit up Subway for their veggie sandwich.
