Friday Fun: You Ask and I'll Answer

Many bloggers have done the "ask anything" post in the past few weeks and I thought it would be something fun to try here. I have a lot of new followers and readers and I couldn't think of a better time to do a post like this!

So, peeps, what would you like to know about me? ASK AWAY!
(multiple questions are acceptable)

Feel free to ask anything and I will do a follow-up post with your answers next week!

By the way, yesterday I registered for my fist event of 2010 - the Lifetime Fitness Indoor Triathlon in Eden Prairie, MN on May 2nd! I have done one of these tri's with a friend a couple years ago and it was my first. We both will be doing this one together again, as well as my sister and her friend! This will be my sister's first triathlon. Little does she know that she will be hooked after this!

Happy Friday, y'all!

Question: What do you love most about triathlons? Least?

Fun for your first tri of the season!
Okay, here's a question: If you weren't in special ed, what career would you pursue...;-)

What kind of special education teacher are you? How did you know you wanted to be a teacher? Specifically a special education teacher? Do you think you'll want to do anything else later in life?

Hmmmm a question, a question....

If you could live anywhere else in the U.S. but North Dakota where would it be? What about if it was anywhere in the world?

If you were unable to do endurance events, what other athletic adventure do you think you would be addicted to?

If you could take a free 7 day vacation to anywhere, where would it be and why?

Have fun at the indoor tri! I also belong to Lifetime Fitness and have seen signs advertising for those, but haven't wanted to delve into training for one!

Yay for your first event of 2010!

Are you from ND? If not, how did you end up so far north?

Hi. Just found your blog - love it! My wife is a special ed teacher too - you guys are an amazing set of people.

My question? How would you like a new follower? Well...you've got one (like it or not)

Yay for your first tri of the year!

My question is what do you eat before your triathlons for breakfast? Do you fuel up at all during?

Good for you for signing up for the Tri.

I guess my question is How do you find time to train when you are a full time teacher?

Yay for signing up for your first tri of the year!

What's the best music to work out to? And is there one song that you consider your "kicks me in the butt" song - as in, it comes on and you automatically start working harder?

Indoor triathlon???? How do you bike indoors?

Congrats on your race registration. I love that enthusiasm right after I sign up for a race.

Here's my question: What tips do you have for someone who is just getting into the teaching field - specifically the special education field? Also, what population do you work with, and do you ever think about transitioning out of special ed?
