Great job with your workouts and goals!

Two of my biggest goals for this month are to get more time in the pool and cut out nighttime snacks. I get such a sweet tooth at night and I end up eating stuff I shouldn't be..ugh! Hopefully this month will be better!

Definitely nice job with the goals. Especially the swim one. That should count as 'checking' off 2 goals!
and baby steps with the soda and coffee right? (it's what Im tellin' myself..;-)

My goal for March is to continue being as active as possible and continue to eat well, despite wanting to give into pregnancy cravings and laziness.

Great month - you sure can see that you swim a lot more with your club!

Looks like a good plan for March. Good luck!

My goals are to continue increasing miles and incorporating strenth and cross when I can, and hopefully running a couple of good PR races!

I have been trying to do yoga once a week and that seems manageable but it is hard to get that stuff in there! There is just not enough time!! A challenge for march would be fun but I have no good ideas!

Great job! My goals are to get back to running outside. Since my foot surgery, I have been hesitant to get out on the pavement! I plan on signing up for some races. I also want to get back into rock climbing and biking. Maybe those should all be my Spring goals :) Good luck!

Here's a nutrition challenge - for the month of March dedicate one day a week to fruits and veggies only - no pasta, no meat, no sugary snacks!

I gave up Diet Coke in November, and only had a sip in February at the Davis Half Marathon Stampede. It was chemical gnarliness...Giving it up has helped me a LOT...

Great job on your goals! Cutting out soda was hard for me (I quit about a year ago), but you can do it! Keep up the hard work!

Man you've been busy. Nice job. My goals for March are to stay on task with training for my May marathon and as my mileage increases, to not get injured...

Great job on the numbers, especially the 5 pain free miles. Diet coke is an appropriate name because it is like my crack
