I needed a change in the blog world. I was sick of all the dark and gloomy colors, a constant reminder of the cold bitter weather here in ND. This will have to do until thecutestblogontheblock is up and running properly again. I did have fun making the header, however.
On top of the busy-ness at work, and not feeling up-to-par all week, I have had a pretty successful week of workouts thus far. I have got in all my scheduled workouts, making a few switch-arounds to do so. And, I am feeling a helluva lot better today than I did the past four days. wahoo. Go airborne!
Tomorrow I have a longer run on the schedule. It's time to start getting used to those long runs again!

To answer your questions: No, I haven't really decided on a race yet. I just know I want to do something that really challenges me. The dog we will be getting (hopefully in about a month!) is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
