3. And... to top things off, I won the big price for the 3 Changes Challenge! This consisted of the Nozone long sleeved running top, McDavid compression shorts and McDavid sports bra, as well as Ironman running shades! How lucky am I?!
Asside from all that fun, last week was a pretty successful week of training. I would have like to get in another run yesterday, but I was pretty sore from getting back into things, including pilates and bodypump:

I have just started going to pilates class. Both sessions have been completely different and I love that. I used to do a bit of pilates (videos) when I was in college, but this is much more fun and the time goes by so fast!
This week I have a couple doubles planned because I know I am going to be out of town again for a cousin's wedding. And, I know, that I struggle immensely to get in workouts on both Saturday and Sunday when I am home. We'll see how the week goes.
