Coming out of a cloud

After a night of little sleep and consuming a whole kleenex box (luckily it was the one's with lotion), I dreaded going to work today. But, I had to. I had a meeting this afternoon that has been in the works since before christmas and we are on a short of subs. I felt like crap with my head pounding. It was awful, but things started to clear up (litterally), and I was able to get through the day. I am thinking only one more rest day and I will be back out there. I should be able to get in a run tomorrow afternoon. But, the pool will have to wait.

I am going to take a nap ... until American Idol comes on.

Ugh, feel better soon. I hate when I'm sick but have to go to school for IEP meetings and the like. Hang in there!

Gosh, it sure does suck when you HAVE to go to work feeling awful. When I was sick last month, it was also a busy work month. So, I had to be there.

I hope you feel better soon!

Feel better, did American Idol not rock last night! I loved that they did Lennon and McCartney stuff.
