Run 5.44 mi (1:05:00)
SSC (25:00)
No swimming, no yoga, but A LOT of stretching, lifting, core work, and my first long run in what seems like ages!!!! It was so nice to be able to run more than 2 or 3 miles yesterday! 5 miles makes me super happy. I can't wait for my 6-7 miler in the next week or so!

Looks like an awesome week. I haven't hit the pool in forever either. Must be that time of year!
