Stronger

That that don't kill me ... can only make me stronger....

That was our theme song for the night at spin. The class kicked my ass, but all is good. I think.

This song may have to be a theme song of mine for the month of October. I hope I can hold up my own expectations for the month. I forgot to mention that in my run last night, my knee became a little clickity... kind of like what it did after my 7 miler in july. Made me a little nervous. Just when I feel as if I am ready to go further, some damn thing wants to get in my way.

Think positive. .... think positive...

that that that that don't kill me... can only make me stronger....

good practice of thinking positive already :)
How come there is a question mark next to the Danskin on your calendar?

Hmmmmm. The clackity knee is a recurring theme... I've decided to do my own twist on Octapolluza :-)

You know, I sort of have a problem with Kanye's version of the song... because, it's not really about the hook (what doesn't kill me makes me stronger). His lyrics are all about trying to go home with a hot chick from the cluuub. (lame). You'd think he'd rap about something more fitting to the original song! Grr.

Positive thinking will get each of us a long long way down the path we are taking whether it is running or a tri or anything else for that matter...you are so far ahead of most people that are breathing today....keep that up.

Hate to hear that the clackity clack knee issue is back again...maybe it was just a fleeting thing...or once it started did it stay with you?

Very true thoughts...it's good to be strong. You can do it!

Maybe you need one of those knee brace thingys (yes, I believe that is the technical term).

Positive thinking will absolutely get us through Octapolluza. Pay attention to that knee though and ice, ice, ice if need be!

i got some bands to wear on my knees to help with knee tracking issues and they help a lot...don't know if you have the same kind of knee problems, but it's worth looking into.

Love that song. I know, as DWB said, it's not really about working hard, etc. But, it's good enough to motivate me. :)

Hope that knee clicking is just temporary. Good luck with your October!

awesome ride. don't know what to say about the clickity knee. do you use a tiger tail or marathon stick or anything similar? they really do work.
