Listening to my grad class powerpoint and watching the Twins while enjoying a cold one - Smithwick's.
Smithwick's is actually pronounced "Smittick's". It's an Irish Ale from the brewers of Guiness! Have you ever tried it before? It's one of my favs...and rightfully so... I have a bit of Irish in me blood!
And when the baseball game is over, it's my plan to get outside and enjoy some of the 61 degree weather on my patio, even if I have to spend the time reading a chapter for chat session this week.
